We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, we offer fair and transparent refunds under the terms below.


1. When You’ll Receive a Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If the return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted when:

  • The returned item meets our return criteria (see Return Policy)

  • The product was defective, damaged, or not as described

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds (e.g., items with minor damage or used packaging).


3. Exchanges Instead of Refunds

If your item arrives defective or broken, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on availability.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


4. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are only refundable when the error was ours

  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method

  • We do not offer cash refunds or credits outside of your purchase channel
